Where do we send any bugs we've found with Vista, this is mine:

Open the Reliability and Performance montior>View>Customize, the X on the
dialogue doesn't close the window

Wow, nice work in finding that. You have to hit the OK button, but why won't
the X close it.

To report this bug go to
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/gp/contactbug and follow the
information. And call them.

Being that you found it first, I would recommend that you do it, not me.
