The KB941600-patch for Windows Vista is supposed to contain a fix for the
BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER BSOD-problem described by article KB930568. However even
after installing this patch I still experience this exact problem on a daily
basis.

Vista's problem reporting tool reports the following (in Dutch):

The problem reporting tool advises me to install the KB941600 patch every
time I let it check for solutions. But I already have that patch installed...
Any ideas?

Dell Inspiron 6400 laptop
Windows Vista Ultimate (32bit), Dutch locale.

You have what appears to be outdated Toshiba Bluetooth Stack drivers running
that may be causing an issue.

What Bluetooth device do have and can you obtain updated Vista drivers?
