The computer reboots from bugcheck. "0x0000000a
(0x00000014,0x000000002,0x000000000,0x8041fc08).Microsoft
Windows 2000 (v15.2195). A dump was saved in
C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini012304-02.dmp.

** Please Someone help!! I'm about to loose it!!
