bugcheck help

Hello. I'm looking for help with the following bugcheck
or maybe pointers on where to get the help:

bugcheck code: 0x000000ca

ther's more, but that's a good start. users reprting
applications are crashing, Windows XP SP1 Pro. Apps are
mostly 32bit. Running a USB HPG85 printer.

This is usually a severe Plug-and-Play error. Did you recently install some
new hardware? Does this go away when you disconnect/remove those devices?
