bugcheck error. help me!

Hi everyone,



i´m facing a huge problem with windows XP. The computer restart
automatically. I have changed the computer and still having the same problem.

In the log viewer, there are these 2 messages..



does anyone know what it might be??

"Changed the computer",how did you do that specifically.As for the message(s),
probably 90% hardware,probably 80% memory issue.Either ram memory or
video card,to chk ram,go to:http://oca.microsoft.com/en/windiag.asp
Download & run the test utility.

"Changed the computer" == different motherboard???

If you change the PC's motherboard then you need to re-install XP
(either a repair re-install of new "clean install".) XP uses the
motherboard as the main part for Product Activation (PA) and if it
changed then the XP PA is confused, An XP re-install will / should
repair this
