bugcheck with black screen

Hi All
I have a server running Windows 2000 SP3, running
kronos software, and about 2 times a day the server
reboots from a bugcheck. This is what I get in my log:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000,
0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump
was saved in: C:\WINNT\MEMORY.DMP.



When I run a dumpcheck I get this:

Use !analyze -v to get detailed debugging information.

BugCheck 7F, {8, 0, 0, 0}

Probably caused by : Unknown_Image ( nt!KiTrap0D+3d1 )

Finished dump check


I tryed setting the server to "do not reboot after
bugcheck", and all I get is a black screen.


Any ideas would be great,
