I am getting a spontaneous reboot and the following event
log entry:

Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xfab36000, 0x00000012, 0x00000000,
0xbfcab4b2). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: D:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini100503-02.dmp.


I have a firewall, anti-virus is updated, and sp4 is
installed. After installing sp4 I am also not able to
connect to any ICQ servers or download pics from my
digital camera.

any ideas?
