Hi,
I have installed:
Windows Vista 5600 64-Bit
Running on:
AMD Sempron 64 1.8GHz
1GB RAM
7200RPM 250GB SATA drive
nVidia 128MB 5200FX graphics ( Aero capable ).
When a user (not member of Administrators, but member of everything else)
drags an image file from a network directory (which the user himself
mounted) to the Pictures directory within the users own home directory, the
user isn't allowed to copy the file there. A security window pops up
requesting administrative privileges. Of course, by entering the admin
password (and thus elevating the process to another more privileged user),
the action fails since the more privileged user does not have read access to
the network share.
If the user copies the file in the CLI:
copy h:\Pictures\005324.jpg c:\Users\jonas\Pictures\005324.jpg
The image is copied without problems.
