Bug with vertical explorer taskbar in XP

My desktop taskbar is vertically on the right side.
When the Microsoft AntiSpyware Alert Agent Security want
to notify change in my registry,the alert window slide
from down to up very quickly.So it is imposible to read
it and click yes/no.It is because no prior test is made
to determine the position of the taskbar.

Microsoft AntiSpyware Beta 1 version 1.0.501
Spyware Definition Version: 5680 (07-Jan-05 16:19:29)
On: Windows XP SP1,Toshiba satellite 1.7Mhz/80Mo/512mo
