Bug: Taskbar on right side getting smaller on each log on !?

Hi gang,

I've been setting up my taskbar on the right side for years.

I usually set up my environment with the "Windows Classic" desktop
theme. I wanted to try the "Windows XP" theme and now I noticed that
my taskbar gets smaller (aka thinner) on each log on.

If I set the width to 4 QuickLaunch icons, I log out, log in and now I
see only 3 icons.

Yes, I've tried the "lock Taskbar" option, same behaviour.

If i go back to the "Windows Classic" desktop theme, eveything is ok.

Is this documentated anywhere and is there a fix ?
