Problem with device manager driver information:
In device properties -> Driver Tab-> "Product Version" shows the actual
"File Version" while in property in the field "File Version" in device
properties -> Driver Tab-> Deail Button -> "File Version" field show the
"Product Version" instead.

When looking in explorer -> File properties ( of a given device ) -> Details
you see the actual correct information.

i.e - When you look at the latest pci.sys file ( KB937500) -> Properties ->
details the file version is the opposite when you look in "Device manager"
