Bug report: incorrect localized date indication.

Hi!

I'm using Antispyware B1 1.0.615 on winXP SP2.

I'm using english windows with Hebrew local settings.
All the dates shown in the Antispyware go like this: "↓∟↨↨
╙☻ 27, 2005 at 03:00:06"

Thanks. A number of others have reported this as well. The download site
is quite clear about the English-only nature of the beta. I'm glad it is
working for folks with differing settings, but there's no guarantee.

Beta2 should be different.
