In many of the dialog boxes like Tools->Options
the font is weird and too big make clipping many of the buttons and features.
Maybe it happened after installing the blackberry desktop software can't tell.
does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Have you run Office Diagonostics? Help->Office Diagnostics.

If you uninstall the Blackberry software, does the issue disappear? If yes,
then check with Blackberry to see if they have updated software.
