Situation: I right click a vbs file and select open with <a texteditor>.
A popop is shown whether i want to allow or block this application from
running.
I select allow. The script gets executed (default action) instead of opened
with the texteditor. I use WindowsXP SP2.

I would strongly recommend shutting down Microsoft antispyware when working
with scripts. Alternatively, you might consider disabling the particular
agent responsible for monitoring scripts. There are a number of bugs in
script handling some of which might have serious consequences.
