BUG:
Notepad being blocked when folder notepad is on Desktop of user
HOW-TO
Create a folder on the logged in users account (X:\Documents and
Settings\<Name of logged in user>\Desktop)
Rename folder to "notepad" (Not CAPS-sensitive)
Open Internet Explorer 6 (and higher)
Open any page on the internet
Right-click page and select "View source"
WHAT HAPPENS
A new explorer-session is started displaying the content of the folder
Notepad on the logged in users desktop
WHAT SHOULD HAPPEN
Notepad should start and display the source-code for the page in
question
NOTED ON
Windows 98 2nd edition (NL) - updated to the point with
Windowsupdate.microsoft.com
Windows XP Professional OEM (UK) - updated to the point with
Windowsupdate.microsoft.com
EXTRA INFO
Logged in as Administrator (or equivalent)
REPRODUCIBLE?
Yes, renaming the folder to Notepad makes the "View Source" work again

Sorry if this should go somewhere else, but I searched and searched but I
couldn't find the webpage / source I could submit bugs to (without paying
$35,-!)
Anyway, if someone could point me or this in the right direction then maybe
this can get fixed.
