Bug in Internet Explorer 6.x with XP SP2

Seems that some links are treated as pop-ups. If I click a link on some
websites, it does nothing. But, if I temp allow pop-ups, the link works..
There is a difference between non-wanted pop-ups and clicking on a link.
This needs to be fixed ASAP
