I reported this issue last month but wasn't aware of what causing it to
display such message. Now finally know why.
clearing the history on Window Defender will also clear information of Last
scan on status area and changing message on the green area located on the
home screen. both status area and green area will report Last scan. not
available.
try this to get the result above: Change IE Homepage, click balllon tip,
review it and allow it. After that go to history and click clear history.
Home screen should display Last scan. not available on green area and the
status are.
has anyone done the example above and encountered this bug? I think this is
one of the reason that I'm not getting alert from Window Defender that i
haven't scan my computer also since scanning info is being cleared.
