bug is GetExecuting Assembly

it returns the wrong assembly - honestly!!! it gets confused every now and
then and returns the system assembly when its starting up with a couple of
xeons which use hyperthreading - make sure there is an impressive start up
load in an asp.net app. i have a detailed description of the problem and
how to reproduce consistently but i am tired of not being an mvp so i can't
be ar*ed anymore to iron out any ms bugs. let them do the hard work - after
all it's not free is it - my time or theirs.
