BUG: Cached MIME Type is not Refreshed

If you have a URL which returns multiple MIME types, IE
does not recheck the MIME type when it downloads the file
again during the same IE session. This means if you have
a CGI script that returns an XML document half the time
and an HTML error message the other half of the time,
that IE will either incorrectly treat your XML file as
HTML or your HTML error message as XML. Both are not
desirable.
