Budget Designer Needed - Work from home - Occasional Jobs

I may need someone to occasionally help me out designing a site.

I do some Front Page but would really like to find someone who would just
like some part time work sent their way as a sub-contractor.

Design price is a biggie as this would be mainly for mom and pop businesses.

And, of course, I would want to mark up the cost and still be competive with
the local "work at home" web designers.

So, if your a big corporate site designer used to charging the big bucks,
this is probably not for you... but if you are skilled with the basics of
Front Page and just want to pick up a little extra money on occasions for a
little extra work, maybe we could work out an arangement.

Right now I may have a loca resturant who want's their menu, address and
some pic's of their place on the web. My guess is 1 to 5 mages max. No
e-commerce. I will provide photo's and copy and some suggestions about
design.

Want someone graphically talented and fairly good with the tools.

Hourly rate probably won't work as I have to quote fixed price as Blank
Dollars per hour frightens most small businesses... as they don't have a
clue about how long this could take and will simply do nothing if unsure.

email me at (E-Mail Removed) if you are interested. Include links to
some samples of your work.

Thanks - tmb
