BT Multijet 3000 Help!!!

I have a BT Multijet 3000 Printer/copier/scanner the software is
Unimessage pro .On installing the software he printer and copier work
fine, however if I go to the menu and press Scan Image I get a message
to say that I should go to the startup wizard and install the
software. Can anybody please help me with this one.? Thanks
