BST vs GMT in Outlook

When I send a meeting request using Outlook (2003) to someone outside
of my network, recipients are getting confused by my time zone.

I am in the UK, and observing BST. I just scheduleed a meeting for
8:00AM, my time. When they receive the message, they see this,

"When: Monday, April 11, 2005 8:00 AM-8:30 AM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time
: Dublin, Edinburgh, Lisbon, London. "

Which is wrong, because I am not observing GMT, but rather BST.

Any way of fixing this? Or do I have to put text in the body of my
email basically telling them to ignore part of my message? :-)

Thanks!
