BSOD STOP 0x000000F4

Hello i just installed XP on my PC and right after i installed original Motherboard drivers i started getting those BSODs i havent even installed anything else all i could find about this is that it could be caused by spyware/virus but thats not possible in my case could anyone help me diagnose the problem?
