I guess that leaves unknown solutions, maybe a crystal ball, secret chants, etc. I suggest you back up a bit and tell a little about when this started and what changed prior to the problem starting.

Dude, 13 years in I.T. as a Desktop Support Specialist here. I rarely
post issues in the newsgroups, because I can pretty much solve any
issues dealing with the desktop environment. However there are times
when these unique issues arise that I rely on the newsgroups to see if
others have run across similar issues.
I am normally the one assisting those in need. Your response was simply
a waste of time for you writing it, and me responding.
But to humor you, it started out of the blue. First on the desktop, then
1-2 days later on one laptop, then the same amount of time on the other
laptop. No hardware or software has been added.
When I stated I have tried everything to resolve this issue, that means
everything my experience of 13 years has taught me. 3 PCs with no common
hardware producing a IRQ NOT LESS THAN 0x1000000A (0X000000b0,
0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x805xxxx) error is very odd indeed.
