BSOD returns!

I built a system a few months ago and installed vista. I was plagued with
BSOD's and at the time figured out it was one stick or RAM. I removed the ram
and ever since I was running smooth as silk. That is until today. I got a
BSOD! so frustrating. I'm wondering how I can access the .dmp file. I know
where it is located but how do I open the file? Below is the Eventlog error I
received.

If someone could give me a hand that would be fantastic. I just want to stop
this problem before it becomes frequent.

---------------------------- here is the error

Hi,

While it could have been a random, bad data fault, you may want to look at
anything recently installed or updated. Without an error code or module, the
event information does not tell us much. To read the memory dumps, you need
the tools described here, and a bit of knowledge:

Check Event Viewer for any indication of the impending BSOD.

So whta should I do. I thougth I pasted the error but if that doesn't do it
what will. I checked the EventLog and that's all I get. That link you told me
to go to about the .dmp file seems complicated and a little over my head.

Hi,

Send the dump file to me at the email address used here ((E-Mail Removed))
using a subject line of 'per req' and I'll take a look at it and see if it
tells us anything.

Premium 32bit and I am running as an admin.

what should i do?

thanks for your help!

it's not just the email that wouldn't allow me to attach it. I couldn't do
anything to the file in vista....ex: zip, rar.

Anyways, thankfully i made a dual boot system and xp allowed me to zip the
file. I sent it to your email.

cheers
