BSOD When Resuming from Hibernation

I have just started using the Hibernation feature in Windows XP
Professional SP2 and have encounted the occasional BSOD when resuming.

The BSOD is:-

***STOP: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0x805AF7FB, 0xF78F6C68, 0xF78F6964)

There is no mention of a driver, just wondered if someone knew what
the above meant or could point me in the right direction where I might
find details of the above STOP message.
