BSOD Installing Windows XP

I have tried reinstalling XP a few times now and everytime I get a different
BSOD
message, from data pool, irql not less or equal, atapi.sys and PFN list,
could it be a faulty motherboard, CPU or ram?
While installing a couple of times it also gives me a error message about
"cannot copy file"
