BSoD when installing

My computer keeped on rebooting for no reason so I decided to reinstall but
during reinstall I get the Blue Screen of Death. I rebooted many times and it
kepps coming up. I believe its a driver problem but how can I fix it now that
I don't have an OS to boot in anymore? BTW I removed the network card and the
modem, changed the videocard and ran a MEMTEST on the ram and everything
looks good.
