BSOD concerning USB driver

This error is getting really annoying. I know it's caused by my USB
card. I've only got a wireless adapter plugged into it. Sometimes it
will crash on me half a dozen times a day, and then sometimes it will
go for days and be fine. I've read on here that I probably need a new
driver, but I have a generic card that didn't come with any drivers so
I'm not sure where to get an updated one. I think it's a 1.1. I
tried USB2 and it didn't work at all. I've tried installing the
driver that came with the wireless adapter and I've tried just
installing the driver that came with XP. It's all doing the same
thing. Of course, the Microsoft website says it doesn't have a
solution for this error yet. Anyone else figured this out?
