When I go to certain pages on the internet (usually other
people's home pages) it sends me to this
website 'www.outwar.com'. How can I undo this? Thanks

This problem may be caused by a program that is installed on your computer
when you download another program from the Web and install it on your
computer. These programs are typically referred to as <Adware> or
<Spyware>.

To resolve this problem, you must remove the offending program. However,
many of these programs can be difficult to remove. You can use a Spyware
or Adware removal program to remove the offending program from your
computer.

Some Spyware or Adware can be removed by antivirus software. Contact the
manufacturer of your antivirus software for more information about removing
Spyware and Adware.

Some of the companies that provide Spyware or Adware removal programs
include:
- Javacool Software - For more information, visit the Javacool Web site

As Marc says, but also do a web search/research on "Outwar hijack". If you
search on google, also look through the results in "groups". Some of the
posters there say that "Adaware" and "Spybot" may not find this hijack.
