I can get it to go away by clicking yes or no but then it
keeps popping up. Eventually the computer locks up and
won't let me shut down. I have to unplug the power cord in
order to restart. What should I do? It's a new system from
from Dell. They say I should contact Microsoft.

Open Internet Explorer, go to Tools. select Internet Options, go to the
Advanced tab, place a check next to "Disable script debugging," and remove
the check, if any, next to "Display a notification about every script
error," click apply and ok.
