The pdc fsmo holder should be the master domain browser and not be multihomed or a
rras server. Then you have a segment master browser on the other subnet that should
also not be dual homed. Apparently these two are not finding each other to merge the
browse list. If your network is configured correctly they should both be registered
in the wins database [which means they need to be wins clients] so that they can find
each other and domain computers can find them. See the links below for more help. ---
