Sorry all. Never used this before.....
Hope someone out there can help.
Or at least tell me who to contact.

Problem:
1. I access the www.palmdigitalmedia.com site.
2. I sign onto my account.
3. I am taken to "my account" page
4. I request the "home" page of the site
5. I am automatically logged out of the site
OR
1. I access the site
2. Do not log into my account
3. Pick a book to add to my wish list
4. Click on "add to my wish list"
5. I am taken to the log on page
6. I log on to the site
7. Click on "search" or "home" and am automatically
logged out of the site.

I have been told by the site that my "cookies" are not
being saved and to adjusted my settings. I've adjusted
them to hell and back.

I have been told by AOL that my internet browser is not
working properly and to re-load it. I find this
interesting since this problems occurs on three different
computers.

Can anyone help with this issue or direct me to someone
who can?
Thanks!

If you mean that IE closes then check for these.

Internet Explorer Quits When You Visit a Web Page That Uses an XSL Transform
and Window.name Property
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811812

++++++++++++++
Java issue?

Tools/internet options/advanced/Microsoft VM
....only tick the JIT compiler box and leave the Java boxes un checked
(default)

++++++++++++++
Parasite?
IE 6.

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit is with these
tools.

Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines

p.s Reset the 3rd party browser setting.
