When I reference a text file as below:

<a href=".\Letters\Letter1.txt" target="Frame2">1</a>

The contents of Letter1.txt are not word wrapped in
Frame2. Can someone tell me how this can be accomplished
without converting each letter to HTML (or the like)? I
want Letter1.txt to remain as a text file.
