After removing Norton Antivirus 2002 and replacing with AVG Free edition I am
unable to access internet using both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Can use
Outlook Express.

NETSH

Click Start, Run, type:

cmd

Click OK

At the Command Prompt, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Now type:

exit

Press Enter

Restart the system
