I am unable to fully open web pages in my different XP
user accounts. I can access the internet regardless of
which user is logged on. I can open pages in my own
administrator account, but not in any of the others
(either limited or administrator). I have tried changing
setting up new accounts, but still cannot completely open
a web page. Please let me know if you have any
suggestions.

Select, Blank page, New windows or Partial web page on this index for some
