Sounds like you have a pop up blocker active. The Google or Yahoo toolbars
have blockers - as do some virus or firewall packages.
If you know that a window is being blocked that you want, then try holding
either the CTRL or SHIFT key when clicking on the link. This should override
the blocking software.
