Please advise on best setting for multi brower web publishing. At first I was
using IE 4.0 and above. But I now publish with 5.0 or above. I am on XP 6.0
but want to make sure people running 98 view website without it going off the
page.

Going off the page is a resolution issue and not a browser compatibility issue.
