I installed a network card in a computer and it gets the
dhcp for dsl. I can ping anyone and any ip,but when i
try to use internet explorer or netscape it can not
display the page. This is windows 98, i reinstalled
windows98 on top of itself,upgrades to internet explorer
6 from a cd. I removed tcpip and all the network and
reinstalled. I changed the network card and nothing doing.

Anybody have any thoughts?
