After downloading the new Explorer Security Pack from Windows Automatic
Updates, I found that neither my Internet Explorer OR my AOL browser works!
AIM and my livejournal (I downloaded the livejournal updater from their
website, so it's on my desktop and doesn't require that I log onto any
browser for it to work) work perfectly, but every time I try to use Internet
Explorer, it doesn't work and gives me that "this page cannot load" schpeil
when I KNOW I'm online elsewhere.

At the very bottom of my browser screen (where that small gray bar is that
says "internet" in the righthand corner and "done" in the left), numbers
flash up and I can tell it's saying things like "trying to connect to site"
with my IP address flashing down there every once in a while. BUt the flashes
are so quick and they just keep going.

What's the matter with my IE/AOL and how can I fix it?? Please help!
