I have 2 different networks that have the same problem. I have a Windows
2000 Server and a Windows 2003 Server. I added the 2003 server and added it
to be a domain controller. I waited a day and then transferred all the roles
to the 2003 so it will be the PDC. Everything went well except I am now
receiving browser errors from the Windows 2000 server. I get the browser
8032 on one network and browser 8021 and 8032 on the other. I looked at the
browser parameters (Windows 2000) and made sure that the IsDomainMaster is
set to false. The Windows 2003 server isn't showing any errors and I can
communicate with both the servers’ fine. Bothe servers are running DNS and
have all the correct records and the Windows 2003 is running WINS with both
servers WINS pointing to the 2003. Why am I getting these errors and how can
I fix this?

On the Windows 2000 server try setting MaintainServerList to No. It's
forcing elections and loosing to the PDC, setting the MaintainServerList
to No will prevent it from trying to become the Master Browser, or that
is my initial theory... the errors can be caused by other things but I
would check the election process first.
