When launching IE, the browser displays the title "Invalid
syntax error" and no URL can be accessed. What's the
problem?

Also, IE folder had no "uninstall" nor is there an
uninstall IE from Start/Settings/Add-Remove programs
dialog box. So how does one uninstall IE?

Thanks in advance.
