When I get on Explorer, a box comes up that says, "Browser Defender Toolbar."
In the box it says that there is a critical error. This pops up twice
before I can go on to open Explorer. First, is the Defender part of Explorer
8, or part of Windows (I have XP)? And how do I resolve this problem?

So what hªs this to do with MS Windows Defender?

First, is the Defender part of Explorer 8 -> NO

or part of Windows (I have XP)? -> NO

And how do I resolve this problem? UNINSTALL Browser Defender and/or PC Tools
