I see a lot of isps are offering internet boosters but many only speed up
browsers that cache their files. Is there any free boosters out there for
those of us on dialups that would boost the loading time of pages and
download times?

convinced that either have increased my speeds at all.

I would love to see some evidence, as I've got the sneaky suspicion that
I'm carrying software for no good reason, but I don't want to get rid in
case it _is_ doing some good. Nineteenth nervious breakdown approaching...
