Browser autoajustable y centrado

Hola,

Tengo una pagina de 3 Frames y necesito que el Browser se Autoajuste a
800x600 y se Centre en la pantalla al abrirse (sin que sea Pop Up)...

Tengo un Script que lo hace en paginas sin frames, pero mi pagina contiene 3
FRAMES ....

Cómo resuelvo el problema?

Espero que alguien pueda ayudarme
