Browser Access after installation of Office 2003

A friend of mine has contacted me and asked for some assistance. She has
Windows XP Home Edition and uses AOL dial up for internet access. After
installation of the Office 2003 Suite, she is not able to access documents on
her browser. I believe she can access some pages to a point, but she then
gets the "Page is busy" message. Does anyone know of any known issues?
