Browse secure sites

I have a couple of secure sites that I am unable to
browse in XP. I have all security patches installed and
have SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 check in Internet
Explorer Advanced properties. I have tried with these
chacked and unchecked. I AM able to access these sites
fron a 2K box. Any ideas?
