My printer will print from 1 line to about half a page
with the auto-install driver in XP. I keep getting the
message that the printer is not working properly. When I
go to Brother website they say this driver is built-in to
XP.

Anyone have a suggestion?

Mona

Uninstall and reinstall the printer using the instructions at

http://www.coribright.com/Windows/Article%20One.htm

When you get to Step 6, use the Add Printer Wizard, the drivers are included
with XP.
