Brother printer 1200dpi

I am very dissapointed with "www.Brother.com" for not developing a driver
that will allow the option of printing in 1200dpi - for Windows XP. I bought
the HL-760 printer for the better graphics, but "www.Brother.com" is not
willing to send Microsoft a new driver for the "Windows Auto-Update" feature.
Why is "www.Brother.com" and Microsoft refusing to allow me the full use of
my printer HL-760
