Make sure these setting are correct:
1... Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .

Click on General tab, set the History days to 60 days to keep.

Click on Advanced and uncheck this check box:
[ ] Empty Temporary Internet Files folder when browser is closed.
Click [OK], Reboot your machine, does this help?.

Hi Molly,
Try this:
1... Click start >> Control Panel >> Double Click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options, on the IE Properties window
you will see these Options:
General | Security | Privacy | Content | Connections | Programs
| Advanced .
Click on General Tab then click on Settings under Browsing History.
On the Settings on the Temp Internet Files and His Settings move the Temp
folder to another location and note the path down.
Click [OK] to apply the changes and close the IE properties and Reboot your
machine.
Repeat the steps above to access the IE properties and reverse the changes
for the Temp folder back to the default location, does it help?.
